Great customer service!
This is my 3rd Hyundai Car I have had over the years. The service Dept is always great to work with but whenever Brete helps me my service is exceptional! She always goes above and beyond!

Customer Service
Sometimes customer service is good and sometimes it isn't. Having my oil changed in the last two times, the odometer has never been reset. This time I asked for a car wash and it wasn't dried hardly at all. Water covered a lot of the car I did review this business to a friend and he is beside himself with the service has received on his car that has required numerous things to be fixed on it.

Brete is the Best!! So is Jacob!
Brete helps me in service and Jacob Banks takes care of me when we need a new car and they are both fantastic. I was approached by a pushy, obnoxious sales manager and ran right out, but now I've made sure it's only Jacob who I communicate with and everything is fantastic.

Last Minute Service
We were in the neighborhood and noticed we were due for an oil change. We drove in and asked if it would be possible to get the oil change done and were told it would not be a problem. We were told there were 3 other cars ahead of us. Our car was done, washed and back to us in less than an hour. Love this dealership.

Typical dealership with inflated service prices
I just want to know that by choosing to have routine service (oil changes & alignments, etc.) done at the dealership that I'm not automatically paying 20% more than other service centers. I even gave them a chance to price match but was told they couldn't go any lower.

This visit was not like them
I like to receive the service I came in for and was given a receipt for. I waited too long only to have a gentleman tell me they couldn’t find me and it had in fact been done for a while now. I never left the waiting area so I don’t know how they couldn’t find me. And the tires were never rotated.

Good, but not cheap
They did a perfectly good job on my car and Brete was friendly and professional. I was actually glad she ended up helping me, because some of the other staff seemed a little less responsible/mature. The only down side is, I don't feel like they're trying to compete on price at all.

Communication could have been improved.
They told me I needed service without ever looking at my car (I know this because they came back and changed their recommendations after looking at the car). The prices seemed to keep changing, and by the end I just wanted out, so I paid and left.
