Best Service
Everytime I go into Murdock in Lindon I always get greeted with a smile on there face. They were busy, but tell me one place that isn't now a day. With a little patience and not that long to wait, I got my car and I was on my way. I do have to say Brete Arnold is the most knowledgeable and helpful person when it comes to what is going on with the vehicles that come in. She is very attentive to what you want and need for your vehicle. Murdock is the best and will always be my place to go!

Overall good service time to change oil seemed a little long , first in line at 7 was close to 8:0 when done.

Brete is the best!
I appreciate Brete so very much!! She is who I look for every time I come in. She is so good at helping me see what my car needs but isn't pushy about it at all. She has helped me so much throughout the years.

They added a hidden fee for "shop supplies" at the end on top of the quoted price.
It's a ridiculous fee for ..."paper towels, oils, etc...?". Should have been part of doing business...or included in their initial quote instead of "hiding " it.

Get it done right
My car was in need of a new battery. Typically this is something I feel like I could do on my own. However, with the complexity of the electronics of a car these days, it was important to have it done right. Although the battery and installation cost me more than I had expected, I am happy that Hyundai did the installation because I know it’s been done right and I don’t have to worry about it.

I had an issue with the car start in the morning time. My car was parked in my apartment's parking lot. I tried to start my car many times and also took help of my friends. Then I called to the Hyundai road assistance and got Tow service to pickup my car to the Lindon service center. The person of the vehicle Tow also tried to start the car using battery jack (I don't know what it is called) and he was able to start the car and also suggested me to drive to the Lindon service center and discuss the concern.
I drove to the Lindon service center and talk to Engineer there and she suggested to change the battery and she did and now this is working fine.
The lady was very helpful and provided good support.

Brete THE BEST
I went in to get my alignment done, new filters, new wiper blades. Brete, the associate who helped me was amazing, honest and kind. I couldnt have been more happy with her help, her knowledge and her customer service. Because of her I will always continue to go to Lindon Murdock service center. Just top-notch! Please give her a raise!!!!
