Initially I was disappointed with the time that it took to have my vehicle serviced, although the service was done properly.
Gina reached out to me and explained that there was a problem with the vehicle ahead of me, that I didn’t know at the time. She was very concerned that I wasn’t happy and assured me this was only a one time situation.
I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Mastrovito. Not every dealership would take the time to reach out!

My service appointment was exceptional from start to finish. The appointment was made with courtesy and within a perfect time frame. My vehicle was ready in the time stated - and the customer lounge was very pleasant to wait for my vehicle. Thank you Mastrovito Hyundai!
