Excellent experience
I absolutely hate car shopping, I drove 100 miles to this dealership because they had a vehicle that wasn’t available locally. The salesman Dean kept in Touch with me up until our appointment to let me lnow the vehicle was still available. I purchased the Santa Cruz and was out the door within an 1-1.5 hours with my new car! The finance manager was wonderful I unfortunately cannot remember her name, but very professional! Would buy from here again

Good buying experience
I had been looking at the New Santa Fe hybrid in the cape magazines and mentioned it to the salesman. As soon as one came in he called me. We went to the dealership, drove the car, and arranged the purchase of the SUV. I had purchased the trade-in at the dealership and received a good deal on the purchase of the new one. We are very satisfied with the whole experience.

What a great experience!
Hyundai of New Bern offered us a great experience all around. Our sales rep Tommie helped us get exactly the vehicle we wanted without and hassles. He answered all of our questions and made sure we knew he was just a phone call or text away if we ever had any concerns or questions. He was not only great during the car buying process but managed to get our 3 year old a big balloon and make her feel special in the process. The efforts of the entire team are very much appreciated!
