Meadows, who walked us through the final paper work after we had finished up with our sales rep, Conner. Amanda was very honest and welcoming, and even was able to shave off a few dollars off the bottom line to fit our budget. And finally, when all was confirmed with Conner and Amanda, we met with the finance manager. Sorry I don't have his name, but he also gets our highest praise. Smart, good sense of humor, straight up guy ... he was incredibly efficient and nice to us. This dealership should be on your list to visit if you are in the car market. They treat you very well. And ... we are loving our new Tuscon Limited!!

I called today, November 1, 2025 . I was so nervous about a yellow light that came up on my dashboard
yesterday. Frank Mastrovito answered my call, and he assured me he would help me and to bring it right up there. I can't believe how wonderful they all were. I can't walk good at all, and I probably didn't park in the right spot. I was shocked at how they met me at the door, held it open for me, & took my car to be looked at. They were all so kind, friendly, and accommodating. I was very impressed. Luke came out and kept me well informed. They checked out everything on my car which really relieved my mind. Thank God it was only a rotted stem on the tire. They resolved my problem, and the light is off. Thank all of you so very much. I am so grateful Frank Mastrovito and Luke. My mother had an issue with her 2018 Santa Fe with dash lights continuously coming on. After three tr
ips to the service department they still were not fixed. I wrote a one star review at that time and that night the general manager Chris called my Mom and asked if they could meet with us the next morning. There were four Hyundai employees in the meeting with us including their best maintenance tech. They took the car and remedied the issue. I was impressed that they made it right. I was in maintenance for a long time so I was relieved to see they had the maintenance guy in the meeting. Although I don’t believe you should have to bring your car in four times to repair it, Chris was all over it once he became aware of the review.
