Great Experience
I took my truck in due to the sunroof being off track. Ms. Leslie was my advisor. She stayed on top of getting my vehicle repaired and returned to me in a timely manner. I've had some bad experiences with Wolfchase Hyundai in the past, but Ms. Leslie has made me a believer in their service department again.

Good experience!
Just went over and purchased a new Santa Fe from Wolfchase Hyundai. Our salesperson, Gary, was great through the whole experience. He spent a lot of time showing us the vehicle and how to operate all the features. Nic in Finance was also easy to work with! I will be coming back when it is time to update our other vehicle!

I am new to Tennesee and needed a car. I called her d several dealers and Wolfchase Hyundai was the only one that got back to
Me immediately.. I leased the 21 Elantra. Went back in 2023 and bought the Sonata N line and now I have a Sonata hybrid. Loved all the car. Each one had more features than the previous. They are friendly, personable and professional. They take their time to show different models and allow you to test drive. Then, you can chose which one your comfortable with. My last sales person was DELROY MARTIN. He spent a great deal of time with me going over features, prices, finances. I was able to test drive three cars with him. He made sure I was happy with my decision.

Buyer be warned! Read below
My experience with this dealership is not good. I bought my 2021 Certified Hyundai in February 2024. The manager at the time David added 3 free oil changes . After he and the salesman Jim left the dealership, everything went wrong. The dealership could not find my tags. I had to get temporary tags for the second time.
I had my son take my car in for the first free oil change. The service department gave him a hard time. They did honor that oil change. When I called to schedule the second oil change, they point blank said it would not be honored.
This tells me this dealership is not to be trusted. I purchased extended warranties. It makes me wonderGod forbid if something is wrong with my car, they won’t uphold their end of the warranty.
Don’t buy from them.

Doesn’t get any better!
Most people now days have their preconceived negative notions of how a car buying experience will go, and prior to this week I 1000% thought the same things! However, this week I visited Alex Franks at Wolfchase Hyundai, and now I don’t hate the car buying experience anymore!! Alex Franks was by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, straight forward, didn’t sugar coat information, and did absolutely everything in his power to make sure my deal got done. The dealership itself was amazing to work with as well, no long waits, never felt like I was being ignored or forgotten, and never even remotely made me feel pressured from start to finish. If you overhear your family, friends, or even a random stranger talk about buying a vehicle, send them STRAIGHT to Alex and Wolfchase Hyundai!!

Best Car-Buying Experience EVER!
Wolfchase Hyundai gave me the best car-buying experience EVER! I literally found a car on their website, made a quick phonecall, and had the car delivered to my driveway the same day -- all while sitting on the couch in my pajamas. Everyone I spoke with was so professional and easy to work with. Their new car manager Tony I. had me working with Amy M., and she was absolutely amazing! Amy was professional, confident, and very friendly, and she brought the car to us to help me surprise my daughter! She even came back to help explain all the onscreen controls. WOW! High praise for Amy, Tony, and Wolfchase Hyundai!

Poor service because they rushed
I will never do business with Wolfchase Hyundai & I do not recommend this dealership. From the moment I stepped foot onto the dealership I had a bad impression. The first car salesman that approached me like he did not want to help me. After speaking with the sales manager, He paired me with another salesman. I went through and made a purchase on a car. 2 weeks later they tell me that they made a mistake that I have to return the car due to the title... I understand mistakes happen, but this was VERY inconvenient for me. Business was done so sloppy because they wanted to rush to make a dollar. 0/10

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
We supposedly had a recall done by another Hyundai dealer and the high beam no longer worked. Made an appt to have someone check and was advised the other dealer never addressed the recall they stated on paperwork. Erin was so helpful in being honest of what the other Hyundai dealer didn't address and could've cost us money. But Wolfchase Hyundai did the recall update and high beams now working again. Hard to find honest people and grateful for this AWESOME experience!

Buying a car without stress
Arrived early to test drive a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. It was a miserable day cold and rainy. A salesperson came out and greeted us almost immediately. We were given to Patrick Carodine as our previous help was not there today. Could not have gotten a more personable salesperson! We ended up buying the vehicle with Patrick helping us every step of the way. I have never experienced a “new car buying experience” that was this enjoyable. Special thanks to Devin Voyles and Rico Brown. Everyone was extremely courteous and friendly. Almost want to go back just to hang out with a great bunch of guys. Could not recommend highly enough.

Rico Brown made the finance part tolerable.:-)
This is the second time working with Rico and it has been great both times. Rico is kind, efficient, honest, humble, and good humored. I always hate this part of purchasing a new car, but Rico made it not only tolerable, but very pleasant. He had great advice and was always looking for things that would benefit me and my driving and financial experience. I totally trust Rico and advise people to head his way when they have questions about warranties, benefits, what coverage works, etc. He's very good at his job!
