Jay Reedy was our sales Rep. I have little knowledge about cars and we needed a special type for a po
wer wheelchair lift. I had been to several other locations trying to figure out what we needed with no results and left feeling like an idiot. Mr Jay was so helpful, he answered every question and if he wasn’t 100% sure he would find the answer.(Mr. Jordan was also wonderful help to us and very kind) Mr. Jay wasn’t pushy he took his time and showed us several different options he even helped me with the wheelchair. The next day I was overthinking our purchase and called back. He took the time to recheck everything for us. Ms. Savannah the online rep even came out and introduced herself such a sweet young lady. Everyone we met was wonderful. I would recommend this company. The next time I need a car new/used I will go back to them.

Having failed to find a Hyundai dealer in my home area who could carry out the required recall update
on my old Elantra, I was very pleased to find that Winn Hyundai had the necessary tool and could handle the work while I was in the Santa Maria area for a few days. Nothing was too much trouble for Lemmy who not only tracked down the tool but also rearranged my appointment at short notice when I had a schedule change. Very impressive service indeed.

I purchased a used 2022 Tucson from another dealer, which by the way knew nothing about this car. (My
bad, lesson learned ) Radio didn’t work so I brought it in for warranty service. Service department people were very nice and had it working in no time. Then I ask if someone could show me how to work everything in car . I was very fortunate to get the salesman by the name of Jimmie Hobbs. OMG what a nice guy ! Sat in the car, set everything up for me, explained everything to me. When you’re 70+ years old this stuff is very confusing. Told me he would like to know someone would help his Mother or Gandmother. His Mother would be proud …..she raised a very nice young man! Can’t say enough good about him. My only regret is I didn’t buy the car from him. I guarantee the next one I will. Kudos to Jimmie Hobbs.
