Service Department is never available. Good luck if your car has a real problem.
They're always booked for weeks in advance and they never even answer their phone to help you. Whenever I actually do get lucky enough to book an appointment for regular maintenance everyone is always very nice & helpful. But God forbid I need their help when something is actually wrong with my car, because they don't have time for anyone & they do not care. Front desk doesn't care. They say just to keep trying.

Timely and efficient!
I was able to get in within a couple of days of calling at a preferred time. The customer service was top notch. The reps were personable and accommodating. I will definitely return!

I have been servicing my 2018 Hyandai here since it was new. They do a great job and I trust them to do what needs done and provide recommendations for things that need attention., They always live up to expectations and don’t try to push me into anything I don’t need.

I bought my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe from Todd Archer. Since then Beardmore has taken over. I have had all my service done there, from the time it was Todd Archer. They have always been pleasant, helpful and done a good job. The staff seems to be the same. No complaints from me.

Great Place To Do Business With
I really love this place and have done business with them a long time, but unfortunately, I need a shuttle to my job and back, and they can’t offer that to me. Now I have to seek out a Hyundai dealer closer to my office. If you live close to this dealership, definitely use them; you won’t be disappointed!

I've already left my Experience once, however since u asked again.
Tom and crew have taken very good care of our car. I appreciate their professionalism. I felt they were watching out for me, the customer. That is a bit rare today.

I will continue to go to this dealership, as of right now they have my confidence.
