My Mercedes SUV was making a clunking noise. At first it seemed mechanical but the next day the tire
light came on. Roundel quickly determined a very large bolt was in my front tire. The challenge was finding a replacement. Tim made many calls to all his suppliers. He didn’t give up!! He found one out in California!
Tim found me a nice loaner vehicle because we had to wait a week or so. I was impressed as a first time customer with the new facility, the clear and complete communication and the ease of getting good service at a fair price. I’m new to Sandwich and Roundel will be my mechanic!!
