Squeaking Clutch
I've got a Mini Cooper which have plastic disks in the clutch which have required grease. Richard & James are very kind and we discussed a way to keep the clutch quiet going forward. Thanks guys!

Rear bearings
Pat and his team bailed me out as always. Both rear bearings went - they were right there to diagnose - and fix - all within a couple days. I have a friend who has a similar problem - decided to go the dealer route and was told that the first appointment was 5 weeks away - on a car he bought there.

Confidence!
My 1998 BMW Z3 is my Summer Fun machine. Every early spring, I bring it to Roundel Motor Werks for a checkup and whatever it needs to insure an event free season of driving on the Cape. This time, all I needed was a simple oil change, but it was reassuring to see the list of safety and performance checks that the technician inspected. I drove off from the service appointment feeling like I was driving a new car, even though it's 27 years old!

So happy...
...to be able to keep this car on the road. 2009 SAAB shouldn't have needed a new frame but mine did and Roundel stepped up to the challenge. Multiple fixes and super resourcing by a team dedicated to integrity and excellence of service is a SAAB owner's dream!

Such a great experience!

Great service as usual.
Every time I would call with a problem they were quick to get the problem solved no matter how big the issue was. Great communication from first call to finished product, couldn't recommend them more.

Great experience
First time visit, won’t be my last. Routine maintenance on my 2018 BMW, everyone was friendly and they clearly went over all work to be done and gave me the price. Work done quickly and everything seems to be running smoothly. Beautiful new very clean building. My new place to get whatever my car needs. Happy I found them.

Trunk leak
I am so impressed! I had emailed my problem, the owner got back to me within minutes. Told me they could fix the problem within a couple of days. Got a call in a day! And the price is so reasonable. I am super happy. I would recommend to anyone. 10 stars
