Smooth, easy process and helpful staff
Everyone at the showroom was friendly, and they definitely know their cars. Kristina and Andy really
helped through financing the car and worked out the best deal.

Buying my first car was such a big moment for me and I’m so thankful I had someone like Charlie helpi
ng me through it. From the moment I walked in he greeted me with kindness, treated me with respect, and made the whole experience feel comfortable instead of stressful. He was genuinely one of the sweetest and most humble people I’ve met. He took the time to answer my questions, never made me feel pressured and truly cared about helping me find the right car. Something that really stood out to me was how he greeted me at the door and even shook my hand when I left. Such a small gesture but it meant a lot and showed the kind of person he is. I’ll always remember this experience and highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for someone honest, patient, and kind to help you buy a car. Thank you again for making my first car buying experience such a special one.

Far best car experience I have ever had. I mean Shayon is amazing!!! I told him what I was looking fo
r and he picked out an amazing suv. I have had it for a month now. I recommended my sister to Shayon. In which she purchased a new car as well..He made our experience stress free. He is honest, professional and knowledgeable and made sure we left content and satisfied. He checked on me after my purchase to see how I'm liking the new car and to see if I had any questions for the whole entire month that I had my car. And he quickly responds when you reach out to him. I really like that. Maceo was my finance manager and he was amazing as well. In addition, I like how genesis corporate reached out to me to see about my experience. If you go to Genesis, ask for Shayon and Maceo!!!!
