Within a couple of hours of dropping the car off at Matt’s Automotive, they had a full diagnosis ready for me, including a digital report with photos and videos of the problem areas, a written explanation of the issues, and the recommended solutions.
As a customer, I really appreciated that level of transparency. The report was available 24/7 through an online portal, which made it easy to review everything and understand what was going on with my vehicle. I was also able to call and talk through the issues with them directly, and shortly after that conversation, they sent over a detailed estimate.
They ordered the parts and called once they came in. I dropped the car off, picked it up a couple of days later, and it’s running great so far. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Matt’s Automotive for all of your automotive needs! Let’s go!!
