th minimal hassle. Overnight drop-off makes early appointments easy to meet, and the single time the car was making a funny noise after service I brought it back and they looked it over and fixed it for free. Communication with the service techs is easy, too, which is nice when unexpected things come up.

onsiderably lower than I expected. Why? As it turned out, very little needed to be done – so they only did what was necessary. Another example of why I prefer a good independent mechanic to any dealership. And Shawnee is an exceptionally good independent.
