Paul and Matt were genuinely great to work with — friendly, professional, and upfront from the beginning. Within a couple of hours of dropping the car off at Matt’s Automotive, they had a full diagnosis ready for me, including a digital report with photos and videos of the problem areas, a written explanation of the issues, and the recommended solutions.
As a customer, I really appreciated that level of transparency. The report was available 24/7 through an online portal, which made it easy to review everything and understand what was going on with my vehicle. I was also able to call and talk through the issues with them directly, and shortly after that conversation, they sent over a detailed estimate.
They ordered the parts and called once they came in. I dropped the car off, picked it up a couple of days later, and it’s running great so far. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Matt’s Automotive for all of your automotive needs! Let’s go!!

I drove to the airport today to drop off a friend, hit something on the highway, and when I went to p
ut on my spare-my lugnuts were stripped and I was unable to get them off. Thankfully the airport has a mechanic right on site by the gas station and cell phone lot. The man behind the counter was so kind, respectful, and helpful. The one who helped him replace the tire was also very kind and was very fast! He kept me updated through the entire process. They were able to get all but one lug nut off, but they had someone bring an extraction kit to get it off. Then they priced replacement tires for me if I wanted to get it replaced rather than the spare. It was very reasonably priced which was surprising! I was expecting a few hundred dollars considering it was an express mechanic by the airport but the pricing was the same I have seen everywhere I have gone to replace a tire before. The service was fast, reliable, and well priced. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this mechanic to anybody in need nearby.
