I had recently purchased a used Honda CR-V, and after about 100 miles the check engine light came on. I brought the car to Sam so he could inspect it and diagnose the issue. He explained the process clearly and told me he would follow up with an update. He actually called earlier than expected on Friday with the diagnosis and a detailed estimate, and let me know the car would be ready by Wednesday at the latest.
To my surprise, he called again on Monday to say the car was already finished. I was very happy to pick it up and drive away with confidence, knowing it will be a reliable around-town car for my wife.
