id there was good news. Then he shows me the car and said everything was fine except the rear brakes, and it cost 700 dollars to fix. This is good news? It should be about building trust, not screwing with your customer by telling them its good news and then springing a 700 dollar repair. And the fact that you keep calling me after the repair tells me you're wasting money on things like calls rather than keeping prices as low as possible. It's about building trust, not messing with your customer. The guy also told me it would take an hour or two to fix, so I stayed and waited, and it took three hours. I sat there and sat there. Again, the focus should be on building trust, not trying to convince your customer that good news is a 700 dollar repair. As far as I can tell the repair was done competently though and I had a 50 dollar coupon. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise, fine.
