Always great service
I’ve been bro go g my car to JB Auto Care for years and they always do a great job for a fair price. I appreciate that they bring me into the garage to show me what’s wrong with my car and explain the necessary repairs.

Excellent service
Brought my car in for regular service, oil change. Work was completed in a timely manner, kept me informed throughout the process. Recommended additional work, but did not push to get items completed now. Would use again in the future.

Everything was great... again!

Be cautious not to get scammed
Although the front desk advisor exceeded in professionalism
I have never been so dissapointed at getting beat. So I brought my car in for a noise which could be this or that but they have to replace the tensioneer for 650. First. So they did. Called with good news it wasn't that or the alternator but its the water pump so won't charge labor since it's apart but it's 800 more. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice not happing
Taking advantage of seniors is absolutely the worst character that you can have.
Now the noise is twice as bad and I will pay to have it done by an honest mechanic at half the cost including labor. To the owner who will respond I know you need to earn a living but really? Doing this because I am over 65 is a disgrace and if someone in your shop ended up with 300$ sunglasses won't be able to see they are prescription. So it was a 1000 dollar lesson learned. EVERYONE BEWARE. So happy I have plenty kids Genx and Genz to express my disappointment to others. Btw although the 650 was above the actual cost I get that and know the dealerships how they base the labor hours and expected the hit but to try to add 800.00 so dishonest. I am writing this to prevent others from getting If I can stop anyone from getting scammed.

No communication
Car has been there twice in a week. No communication until my husband called. No loaners. Been there 3 more days. Get a text a 4:30 pm. Talked to 4 people in 2 days having to explain the necessity of a loaner. Put in a alternator. 24 hours later same exact problem. Now say it's a starter another $1600. Noone will tell you the progress. Stay far away. I read all reviews that's why I brought it there. Called 3 different days for a loaner. Nothing.

Good People
I spoke with Eric (I believe) on the phone and he set me up with an appointment for the next day which was very convenient. Then when I came in Bill greeted me took care of me. I came in for an oil change and during that process Bill pulled me aside to show me a few other small issues I had that they could take care of for me. He showed me exactly why I needed it too, which I appreciated. So I was able to get those things taken care of that same day. Great experience largely thanks to Bill going above and beyond

Do not treat women respectfully at all
Your technicians your managers or whoever literally bullying my daughter over seven phone calls even after she said no I will never ever go to this place again and will badmouth you from this day into the day. I die how bad it was you were rude unprofessional, and treated a young lady very badly. Don’t think you would’ve done that to me, but that’s my fault for choosing you.
