I was recommended to this place by my father, since I haven’t had the best luck with auto services fo
r quite some time. I usually have to drive all the way to Enumclaw, WA just to find a family-owned, honest shop I can trust.
East Hill Side Auto Service did an excellent job. They even took my car for a drive to see if there were any noticeable issues, which I really appreciated. I originally came in for an oil change and was also informed about a few other services my car may need.
Rommel was very professional, transparent, and honest. He was not pushy at all, which meant a lot to me. My car has pretty high mileage, and I already know I probably won’t be keeping it much longer. He gave me his honest opinion on what truly needed to be done now, what could wait, and what he would recommend if I planned on keeping the car longer.
I really respect and value a place that gives safe, honest advice based on someone’s actual circumstances and budget instead of just trying to sell extra work. That kind of honesty goes a long way.
I will definitely be coming back to get the other services I need. I really appreciate the time and care they put into my oil change.

Any need that we have had for any of our vehicles they have delivered, and at a fair price! We will always make the trip out of our way to go and see them. The way that they take care of not only our vehicles, but us as customers is top notch! Some thing that seems to have been forgotten nowadays is the value of customer service.
