The staff at Lloyd and Wilson have been servicing my vehicles for over 30 years. They have always pro
vided excellent customer service with accurate and honest diagnostic determinations on what does and doesn't need to be serviced or repaired on my vehicles. My most recent experience this week was another example of their great service. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and why with the service they provide. Everyone from Denise and Ashley at the front of the business to Bob and Kyle and their staff in the repair shop are excellent at what they do and focused on providing their customers with excellent service at a reasonable price. I would recommend this business to anyone!

The reps were amazing! Jeremy, even though he was busy, made sure I got the help I needed. I want to
give a shoutout to my technician, Jeff. He was incredible! Jeff helped me understand what was wrong with my car and even took the time to drive it with me before and after the repair was done. I’m really impressed with this experience. I know my previous experiences haven’t been the best, but I’m definitely a customer after this one!

Bailey's is second to none when you require automotive repair in the Puyallup area. I've been using t
hem for over 3 years. They've done radiator work, installed a new transmission as well as a new rear differential for me. They have fair pricing and wont try to sell you something you don't need (great diagnostic skills). Nate and his mechanics are as honest as the day is long.

on my way home to Mt Vernon Wa. my truck was over heating went to 4 auto repair shops and not 1 was
open in sumner. drove back to my daughters, told my grand daughter about the issues I was having with my truck over heating and looking for help Not one auto repair shop was open! My Grand daughter said she new of some one and called. The guy just happen to be there checking what need to be taken care of for the following day. The Man was awesome I was so happy he was able the fix my Truck and in a Few hours! I was on my way Home save and sound. Thank You for being there when I needed help to get home. Thank You.
