Last Monday I went to MTR Auto Service. Raul is the name of the mechanic that he tooks care of my CR
V Honda. Raul addressed all the issues of my car. Also he checked my Honda for previous service at Honda Bill Page in Arlington in July. I am female client they didn't complete the service that I paid in cash and also Steve was lying to me at the beginning. My CRV is missing 2 big screws at the Valve cover. I was back and forth with Steve. Finally Steve said that he only replace the gasket in my car. I was thinking twice if I want to come back at Honda Bill Page for future service for my car. I bought this car in 2019.
I totally recommend MTR Auto Service. I felt treated with respect and honesty.

Came in today because my brakes was making noises met the mechanic name Wilson there that was very he
lpful. They looked at the car right away and even showed me what and why I was hearing noises. Was very happy that they was able to fix my car in a timely manner and got my car back the same DAY!!! Thank You guys at Norbeck Exxon!!!

Took my new to me 2008 Shelby GT to American Performance for a post-purchase oil change, inspection,
and a few other items. Very happy with the work Rick did. Beyond doing the work we agreed on, he pointed out some suggestions for further improvement. These will be tackled in a future visit. This will be my go-to shop for this somewhat rare car. Rick is an old line shop owner who knows his stuff.

Our family has saved $7000 so far by using West Laurel Garage. My son's 2014 Nissan was diagnosed by
the dealership as needing a new transmission - $4000. We took it to Tommy and his mechanic replaced the drive belt, solving the problem. It cost about $150.00. Then our Subaru needed a new catalytic converter. Subaru Inc. told me it wasn't covered under warranty and would cost over $3000. Tommy told me they were looking at the wrong warranty and suggested I ask again. It turns out it WAS covered under the emissions warranty, and the repair was free at the dealership. Tommy is as honest as they come and uses high quality parts at a reasonable price.
