Outstanding Suspension Work & Honest Service — TCR II Delivers
In November, I brought my 2002 F-250 Powerstroke to TCR II in Tucson, AZ to address some front suspen
sion issues—specifically camber that was noticeably off. From the very first phone call, the experience was excellent. I spoke with Samir Arteche, who was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and quickly got me scheduled to have the truck looked at.
On the day of my appointment, Samir wasted no time inspecting my truck and getting it into the shop. He told me they’d put together a full estimate, and sure enough, the very next day he called to go over everything in detail. The previous owner had installed a 6-inch Fabtech lift, and it turned out that several components—ball joints, support bearings, and radius arm bushings—were all worn out. Samir also recommended adding alignment cams to properly dial everything in.
I was a bit hesitant at first because this was a fairly big job, but I really appreciated that Samir and the entire team at TCR II gave me the time and space to think it through. There was absolutely no pressure—just honest advice and clear explanations.
I ultimately decided to move forward, and I’m incredibly glad I did. My F-250 now rides like a brand-new truck. Even better, they had everything completed and ready for pickup in just 2–3 days, despite Samir having to track down a few hard-to-find bushings due to the age of the Fabtech lift.
Bottom line: if you’re looking for honest, dependable, and hard-working suspension experts in Tucson, TCR II is the place to go. I couldn’t be happier with the work or the service.
