Excellent service center
I've been to TCR II three times in the last 4 years. Got a suspension upgrade for my 01 suburban, replaced its fuel pump, and a clutch job on my 08 Elantra. The people and work are fantastic. Nothing has needed to be redone. Their car inspection has caught a few things that have saved me trouble down the road.

I don't have to shop around anymore--I just go to TRC II.

Could hang all day
Not only did they provide excellent service and clearly have expertise in the work they are doing, I just wanted to hang out in the recliners and clean/stylish lobby, look at awesome products for my truck, and just enjoy myself. I was almost sad that they were fast, too.

Suspension repair
Had work done elsewhere & had some issues. Brought it here for a diagnostic & it was immediately obvious they were extremely knowledgeable & helpful in rectifying the issue

Twisted on 40’s
Andrew got me in with super short notice. He really saved my bacon. Shout out to Mishko for making the connect. His team made quick work of Big Booty Judy (my truck). She had some serious issues. Was like driving a Nascar, it would only turn left. Turned out to be a real beast of a problem. TCR got Judy driving straight as an arrow. Tight like she used to be. I’m now headed up to Idaho, I can drive with confidence. Thanks guys!

Best shop in town!!
Any time I need anything they are always super friendly and helpful. Most importantly though after having several trucks done at various shops around town TCR2 hands down does the best work and in a very timely manner. You’re washing your money if you go anywhere else!

Not a very good shop
I have been taking my vehicle there for about 7 years. I believe when I first started going. We were chasing a noise in the front end.Due to having motor mounts changed at another shop for the past 5/6 years, they have been telling everything's great on the front end of that truck. Nice and tight. No issues, then I take it in this time for an exhaust lake and to have rack and pinion boots replaced and some shocks.I get a call from them telling me I need the whole rack and pinion unit. It pops and makes noises. I need lower control arms cookies, control alarm bushings. Wheelbearing and hub assemblies if I only drive this truck on Sundays to go get groceries. How has it been perfect for the last 5 years? 6 years now, all of a sudden, it needs all these repairs, and it's making all this noise. I've never heard any noise from the front end. I did agree to have the work done. Then they call me telling me that my exhaust leak was from
A bolt that had walled out thread holes. We got into it, I told him to just put the new gasket on, put it back together. I would come get it, they said no problem. It would be ready at 5:30. I got there shortly after 5:30. It was not ready They were still trying to do the alignment that they told me was already done, and they were going to tune a few things up next thing I know they're in their grinding and cutting, go to ask what's going on.
Come to find out, they put the new rack and pinion arms in stocklink when they knew the truck had a lift.should have measured the old parts before putting the new parts in the mechanics explained it to me, so they knew it needs it. Done. Why they put it together before doing? It is beyond me, so then things escalate more. They send a mechanic out to talk to me when he starts speaking. I smell alcohol, so I say something. Then I say, Hey, your eyes are red as hell too. Looks like you've been smoking weed. All day. Then he disappeared into the back. So I got into it with management, the management said, oh it's after hours we're closed, so it's okay. I said no I don't think so I don't want them touching my truck and I believe osha would disagree with somebody smelling like alcohol?Being okay to be in the shop then the manager tells me, okay. We'll get you out of here. You can just pay for parts, no labor I go in to go over the bill, then they're like, oh, we need something to pay the mechanics, so we argue for a minute and I agreed to give them 25% of labor then 2 hours later, they finally get the truck. Alignment done.We got out of there roughly 7:15ish pm got home, inspected the truck. The next day found they had destroyed both rack and pinion. Connecting arms blew out the rubber boat, so there was raw knuckles. Hanging out, then they blew out the sway bar end links, so there was raw knuckles hanging out one of the brand new boots from the rack and pinion was just crammed in there like they didn't even give a s*** And they charged me for the exhaust gasket, but they never even touched it. You can see on the pics. The rust has never even been disturbed on the exhaust bolts. Then when they sent me the information on the wallered out bolt hole in the head.
The desk guy at the shop sent me a text saying. The only real way to fix it correctly is to purchase a new head. Wow, talk about a bunch of scammers. There's plenty of other ways to get that fixed on the truck, you could tap the holes, you could you could put a healy coil, you could weld it in and retapp it seems that these are a bunch of young unexperienced mechanics, just because it's not one of their $100000. Show trucks doesn't mean we want you to tear our stuff up. Have some respect.
I had contacted them via phone calls and emails.
The owners of the shop do not respond back seems if there was this big of an issue with your shop, you'd get hold of the customer right away, but I guess that's what happens when you have an inexperienced management and inexpension experience the mechanics. And owners that don't really care about the customer's vehicle. just making cash off them i'll be handing it over to the state's general attorney and the better business bureau Since they don't wanna play nice
