Gibbs Is The Best
There are some garages were they will try real hard to find something wrong with your vehicle, even if they have to go to the extra effort of breaking a part or two just to make you feel better...but that's not the case at Gibbs. The men and women at Gibbs are honest, hard working people and they just want you to be their customer for the long term, not just rob you blind on a single visit. I have been going to Gibbs for over 20 years and never been dissatisfied with their service or the cost of their repairs.

Everything went as promised.
Difficult to complain about anything. Dealer gave me a list of what they considered critical. $7,000 plus. Gibbs gave me must do now and what could wait. Saved me about & &4,500. I now know when the outstanding items need to be done and I can plan for that.

Awesome experience - would come back again!
GIBBS Automotive did an excellent job on my car! Mike made me feel extremely comfortable with the work that needed to be done to get my vehicle back in tip-top shape. I never felt like he was trying to trick me into spending more money than I needed to. Everyone at the shop was super friendly and I will definitely be using this shop again and referring my friends here.

Car wouldn't move.
As always, you did everything right. Good, clear information regarding what my car needed to have done, how much it would cost, and when the work would be completed. Other than the fact that I wish nothing in my car would ever break down, I always look forward to seeing you folks.

Outstanding!!
Excellent quality work and customer service. They really try to help in urgent situations to do all they can to get your vehicle back up and running. They are honest, fair and very skilled. Would very highly recommend!

Gibbs did an amazing job fixing our F150.
Gibbs did a phenomenal job on our truck. They replaced the front suspension as well as the fuel pump and the truck runs great!

I Trust Them
I have an older car, a 2001 Lexus RX 300, and every time I take my car in for an oil change I ask them to identify any issues that might need attention. They are very thorough and always present me a detailed analysis of anything they find. I'm never pressured to make quick decisions and I feel free to prioritize the repairs in order of their importance to me. I feel confident in recommending them to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price

Solved a problem that has been a pain for 5 years.
Five years ago, a check engine light appeared on the dash of my 2002 Toyota 4-Runner. It was warning of failure in the evap emissions system. The failure did not affect vehicle performance in any way. For the next 5 years, I tried to get it fixed. No one could fix it. A close friend suggested Gibbs Automotive. They found the problem and it is now fixed.

Friendly car shop
I am a happy repeat customer for about the past 6 years. George and Mikela at the front desk are friendly and know my car, the work is good and without delay, and I appreciate their help solving problems like how to add a bike rack to a car that isn't made to have one. I have recommended them previously and get great feedback.

I told my mom (her car was worked on) that you did only what was needed and she really appreciated that. I take my car here, too, and the service is beyond compare!
