I went in to get information about getting my trucks AC fixed. I was informed my truck doesn’t have
a filter in the dash like MicroImports told me it did. It would only cost me between $250 and $500. Mark showed me on the computer that my truck does not have a filter in the dash for the AC. I waited two years (saving money and almost dying in the heat) before I decided to have Griffith automotive look at my truck. MicroImports told me it would be $1300-$2000 (filter replaced) and if they cracked my dash it would be possibly another $1000.00. I saved my money. Decided to go to Griffith automotive because I heard about it on 790 (Garrett Lewis) radio station. And a couple other people suggested Griffith. So I gave them a try. It only cost me $476. They even showed me pictures of the screen that was blocked not a filter, it took them three hours to clean out the screen and then showed me a picture after it was cleaned. They did an absolute wonderful wonderful job. I will start taking my truck to these people from now on. I have been going to MicroImports since 1999. I will no longer go there. Griffith automotive is the place that I will go to from now on. I have recommend and passed out their cards on many people. no They saved me a minimum of $700 up to $2000. A minimum of $700! They clearly explain-and show you on the computer – and pointed it out to you in person. I waited a little bit after the repair to make sure the AC is working great in my truck.still is❗️ I now smile when I drive. I don’t mind going anywhere in the afternoon in Tucson anymore

ck. I live in Mesa. Their shop is in Tucson. I was skeptical because its a 100 miles from me. So happy I made to decision to use these professionals. Three other shops in and around Phoenix quoted me upwards of $7,000.00 to make repairs needed, saying the cab of my truck needed to be removed in order to fix the flex exhaust pipe. NOT true, Anthony, of Desert auto tech, told me "it is a pain, but we can do this, without taking the cab off the frame." They did just that. Please people, if you are in need of quality work, courteous attitudes, and professionalism, give these guys a call and get the work done. You will not regret your decision.
