The cleanest and most organized auto shop I have ever seen. Mark is a great mechanic and their price
s are very fair. The important thing is they do the job right! We had front brakes replaced on our 2013 F150 over a year ago and a caliper issue came up causing uneven wear on the brake pads on the driver's side. Mark fixed it all for no charge, the parts were still warranties. Honesty is so important. We recommend Ochoco auto for all automotive service needs.

Very honest and trustworthy. They don’t try to oversell you and tell you what you need on your car so
you can prepare to pay for it. Range Rover‘s are expensive so you need to know going forward what needs to be done.

Throughout the entire process- from initial contact to picking up the car, he was very communicative and responsive. So much so that it was hard to believe I was dealing with an automobile service shop. Additionally the entire interaction with Monument was all done virtually.
