I’ve been going to Jim for several years. We had my daughter's Chevy volt towed in ( twice) to Jim. T
he car was not an easy job for Jim - partly because it is electric but also because the parts are basically no longer available. He found a used part. It took over a month but even after all the mishaps getting the part and issues with the car itself - we got the car back and Jim still greeted me with a smile and was kind as usual.
