Honest, efficient, and friendly
I was told at a Midas shop that I needed rear brakes. I have only trusted Carlton to service my vehicle for everything other than a quick, regular oil change. They checked both the front and rear brakes and found that the front brakes had 80% remaining and rear 30%. No brakes needed at this time. I asked them to check the overall condition of the car, which has over 200,000 miles. All was well.

The office staff is so friendly, the service is top notch. I always feel confident the car has been well taken care of and my next cross-country drive will be trouble-free.

Only necessary work
I really appreciate Carlton because they look at the recommendations from the Honda dealership and let me know what things need to be done and what things can wait.

Power steering failed while driving to work
As soon as my steering failed I literally muscled my truck to Carlton. Russ discovered the issue and when I told Russ I would rent a car, to go to work tomorrow, he fixed it same day. I continue to tell neighbors and friends about Carlton. I’d give Russ 6 stars if I could.

Carlton's Quick Fix All Good
Had a weird squeak while driving my RAV4 and Carlton's quickly identified and fixed the problem - not expensive. Offered other services without being pushy. Will bring my car in again as needed.

The Honesty Served Here!
This is the best auto repair in the area.Had to have some work done on both my Wife’s car and mine. I was told my car was leaking oil bad and needed to get a new engine cover gasket to stop the leak ASAP, a month later my AC went out and I was told I need a new blower , so roughly 3k in repairs, took to Russ at Carlton,, AC needed new resistor, which he explained in full, less than $200, got all the work done for a 10th of what other places charge.it takes 2-3 days for an appointment, but I KNOW I got a fair price, and would never use these corporate places again!
