mper detached and hit the passenger's side of my Ram truck! Once in Austin, Tx. I scheduled an appointment with Chief's Motor Group. They sounded like a reputable vehicle service center from what I read and were close to where I was staying. I wanted them to check for any hidden damage that may render the truck unsafe for the trip back north. Chief Motor Group went beyond expectations going over the entire undercarriage, including checking every tire and any exposed wiring/fluid lines for damage. Then taking the truck for a test drive to make steering or alignment was not affective. Luckily everything was fine! NOW, expecting to pay a minimum of about $100/hr. (any over 30 minutes) I was met by extended hand and a smile by the owner! Topping it off with "be safe on your journey back home!" That is character, concern and appreciated more than words could explain!!
Chief's Motor Group should be your choice for car maintenance, as they would be mine if I lived here, because they define the word INTEGRITY!

to you soon." Craig with LoCo Exotics took the time to call me. Needed a water pump and thermostat replacement on my '19 Audi Q7 3.0 TFSI. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and explained the entire procedure before any work was done. He set proper expectations about price, time involved, and the possibility of additional services. And then he kept me informed throughout the process and sent supporting images. As a DIY mechanic, I knew the job was simply too much for me and I'm thankful for Craig's and LoCo's expertise and top-notch customer service!

So, got a nasty flat. I've plugged many tires. This one wasn't going to hold. It was an 1 inch slit.
So, had Steve put a new tire on. While I was in there, had the oil changed and tires rotated.
More importantly, I mentioned to Nicole that I've had this one wheel where it's always had a very slow leak. Needed new tires, thought it would solve the. Same thing, slow leak. This is a used car that I bought my wife. So, kinda just made peace with the fact that it was just gonna be that way. But she said she'd thought it was the valve stem. She was right on the money. When I spoke to Steve about it, he told me he always replaces when anyone gets their tires mounted. The part cost 4 bucks! This is why I would not go back to the dealership. They were a subaru dealership, and they did the work. Also, at a much higher rate. All dealers have very high rates.
Honesty, I get so much value every time I go here. Believe me, it's not just about the savings. You always leave there with an understanding of what was done and why it needed to be done. You know this because he will tell you that you don't have to do it right now.
Again, it's why I bring all my family cars here.
