Returned to have a previous repair addressed and received prompt service. I was to bring my car in th
e next day without a scheduled appointment, technician checked the car and an explanation of the problem was given within 30 minutes of arrival. Since the issue was due to failure of a previously installed unit, the car was left to be serviced. The faulty part which was under warranty was replaced with no charge for labor, additional parts that were identified were replaced, scheduled maintenance was completed and car was ready for pick up the next day.
