Great follow up help from Saeed and the Stevens Creek Financial Department

Hyundai Sonata Hybrid died and needed to be towed to dealership
Henry Palacios worked with me over the phone and gave me an approximate date of when my car would be looked at. He kept me apprised of the possible repairs needed, approximate costs and what was covered under my warranty.
