I'm so glad I went to them to do my oil change. I called and asked about the wait time on an oil chan
ge and it was quick at that point but I was coming from an hour away. When I got there they had a handful of people and he took me in right away and got it done. His employee even brought me out to show me certain things that were going on with my car so that I could document them myself. Very highly recommended. Beautiful repair to the dent in my quarter panel. Looks like new and my car came back cleaner than I
usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.
