Very professional on all levels
Easy to work with and gave daily update messages.. Very knowledgeable about Subaru. Final product was like new. I am confident in their service and quality of work. Thankful that I chose them.

Excellent customer service and quality work on a Subaru Crosstrek
C&H made this about as easy as possible, initial estimate took 15 min, drop-off and pick-up maybe 5. Very pleased with the quality of work they did on my '22 Subaru Crosstrek. Communication throughout the process was excellent. They are busy so it took several weeks before they could get started and they are very conservative on the estimated repair timelines (which I appreciated).

Great work and customer service
My Subaru had extensive scrapes on the passenger side and minor scrapes on the driver side.
Customer service kept me informed in the entire duration.
The car looks like it just came off the showroom floor.

Wonderful
I have had another Subaru taken to C&H for hail damage. There was no doubt that my 2020 Subaru Forester would be going there for repair when someone hit the rear of my vehicle. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. They also text or call every couple of days with updates. I feel comfortable taking my vehicle there since they are a certified Subaru Collision Center. I know my vehicle will be repaired to Subaru standards. I now have my Subaru back looking like new. It was even returned to me a day earlier than expected.
