I was in PA visiting my mom in the hospital over the Memorial Day weekend when I noticed a rattling n
oise coming from underneath my car. I was due to drive back to WV the following day but was afraid to chance it. I called Hamlin’s to see if they could check it out without having an appointment and was told to bring it in then. Nicholas checked it out and about 15 minutes later the problem (loose heat shield on catalytic converter) had been taken care of-and at no charge. Had I taken it to a chain, I highly doubt I would have had the same experience. I found out that Hamlin’s had been in business for several decades. Now I know why. Thanks, Nicholas, for the friendly and courteous service and for getting me back on the road without the worries!

ent of tires on my car. Sammy answered the call on that Saturday and was very patient in assisting me with tire selection. I made an appointment for early in the following week, and Sammy was ready with my paperwork and very professional in explaining what would be done and how long it would take. I told her I planned to wait, and her time estimate was quite accurate! Even the check-out process was professionally handled. I was impressed with the whole experience!
