d she is outstanding. She made sure I had a loner car & confirmed it the day before. She stayed on top of the work & kept me updated as the work progressed. I have always been leary of dealerships but this one is good. Great job Brandi.

After a month & $1200+ bill elsewhere, my car wound up in permanent limp mode. So took to Wright Way
Hyundai for diagnostics (1st time) which didn't help. Took back 2nd time for in-depth check & 3rd time to get limp mode taken care of. Even though 4th time I started car the check engine & airbag lights came on, the car still ran as it should. So far I have a normal running car again, thank goodness. Am 80 years old & long for non-computer/electronic cars.

Morgan surpassed customer service. My daughter lives in Tallahassee and the Hyundai dealership there
could not find what was wrong with her car. We took it to Morgan at the Hyundai dealership in Pensacola. She found the problem and took care of it, as well as transportation for my daughter! Morgan you were a blessing to us.
