Cayenne S
We purchased Carpe Diem 3 years ago off lease with 14k miles. She is mahogany metallic with the coffee leather accents and brown Napa leather (full leather interior) 14 way sport seats. Not that we intended to have 60k miles on the oedometer in 3 years but we love diving. This car is fantastic with the air suspension, sport & sport plus, heads up display, night vision, full leather interior, heated & ventilated seats front and back, thermal acoustic glass throughout and rear wheel steer and a panoramic sunroof w/shade. My wife says the car probably makes waffles too, but just haven't found the button. This car our 1st Porsche is a dream made in heaven. Some say the design is ugly and out dated I say it is timeless and don't fix something that isn't broken. My only complaints is put the keyless start on the left back in the new models and get rid of the push button start. Also put the gear shift back where it belongs not on the dashboard, but in the center console. It is models like the 914, 718, Cayenne & Macon that have kept the 911 alive. The Cayenne & Macons are the best sellers and the 718 brings affordability into the brand also to mention fantastic engineering w/o compromise.
Our Cayenne, and SUV is so much fun to drive and with our living on a dirt road out performs the land rovers we owned on all fronts. Mud season wow did better than the Range Rover. Porsche builds a car but also builds an SUV that can keep up with all their cars something everyone else tries to do, but fails. I like that Porsche unlike Mercedes & BMW have stuck to their guns and don't cheapen their product to make the bean pushers happy. They have stuck to their heritage and continue to impress. Last note Ditch the electrics. Your Macon the little sister to the Cayenne doesn't need to be electrified nor do any of your other cars. Do what Porsche does best builds, the best engines, performance seamless styling than anyone one on the planet. At Porsche Parade this year over 1800 cars & SUV's speaking loudly about their cars and above all how fun they are to drive.
