Best of the air cooled generation
I’ve enjoyed my 993 Targa for over fifteen years And we’ve grown old together. It’s the most dependable and enjoyable car I’ve ever owned. It’s not particularly comfortable but I love the way she handles. I just have to ignore the fact that many new economy sedans are quicker in a straight line.

I’m a proud owner of two 993s. One is a targa model and the other is a convertible. These are are amazing vehicles and very fun to drive. If you are lucky to find an original one, the only upgrade I recommend is a KW suspension. It will bring the car to life. No fancy features. Only thrills and engine power.
