Our 4th Land Rover - This one is the best!!
We’ve owned 4 different LR’s over time. We actually use them for what they were intended. Prior to this LR4, we had an older Range Rover, then a Disco II, a brand new Range Rover, and then this one….all new vehicles. 12 years after buying this one, we still have it. We will drive her until the wheels fall off. Easily the best vehicle we’ve owned….and we’ve owned many. MBZ’s, BMW’s, Porsche’s, Jaguar’s, an Alfa Romeo, Toyota’s, Ford’s, Chevy’s, just about all of them. We have lots of kids (hence the reason for so many!). Our 13 year old LR4, affectionately known as “Red”, is a part of our family. That big V8 has great power, the leather still looks new, the only thing missing is CarPlay! Fun to drive. A great road trip machine. You have to stay on top of maintenance which is no secret to LR owners. We think the 2013 LR4 is the best of the model years. They changed the power plant on 2014 and I hear those don’t have long life characteristics. We’re bumping up against 100k miles and she still runs like new! I guess there no question how we feel about ours!
