Junk

Worst car I ever owned. At 10 years old and 133,000 km the engine seized. I stupidly didn't keep all my oil change receipts so I paid over $800 for repairs. They let me leave dealership with muffler slightly hanging off and brake fluid leaking. The muffler fell off later that day and I saw the leak stain in my driveway 2 days after and took it to a private mechanic for repairs of $1400.00. 2 months later the transmission failed and they wanted $8,000 to replace it. I opted for used and traded it into Toyota immediately. They also stored my high quality rims and during covid the sold them to someone and when I went to switch tires and they were gone the manager of the Oshaea Taunton road location advised me they must have thrown them out. What B.S. I asked why they didn't call me about them if they were throwing them out and he said they must have called the wrong number. This dealership is extremely unethical and these rims were only a few years old and in great shape. I would never recommend Kia. Just garbage product and service.

Best car for dollar and reliability with class

We researched this car before we bought it. Best in every category, and from experience driving it, its exceeded my expectation. This would be the car for everyone to own as a first time or a owner with wanting a car that last years to come.

It's been a mostly dependable little car

Overall I'm very satisfied with my car, but there are a couple of things that have been very disappointing. The guidance system went out within the first couple of years that we had the car, the dealership wouldn't repair or replace it till my husband threw a fit, then the replaced it with a refurbished one with old maps and refused to update them. I haven't been able to use that function. Currently I can only open one window the rest quit working one at a time over the life of the car, but the first thing to go was the gas hatch cover. It must be opened with a cable in the trunk. The heating/cooling system isn't effective when the weather is either very hot or very cold. Finally, it's got a large blind spot where the frame around the windshield is. Otherwise it's been a good little car.

Great car

I had never heard of Kia when I bought the car. I love it. It's getting up there is years and miles, but it still rides smooth and runs good thanks to my mechanic. I'd buy another Kia if I had to. But SUV instead.

Very Dependable and Stylish

I love my Kia Optima and have not had any major issues with the vehicle since I purchased it in 2010. It was truly a good investment. The vehicle is very spacious and a smooth ride. Most of the time I can’t even tell the car is running. I love the heated seats and how quickly the car warms up and cools down when the selection is made. The only thing missing is the remaining miles before out of gas being displayed on the dashboard.

KIA Optima

I have never had a KIA before and I had low expectations of the car but so far it has been very surprising in comfort and reliability. I also like the style and color. My friends have given me compliments on the looks of the car.

Good car

Always been a great little car. Only issue was with the power steering. Whole system had to be replaced. Other than that only routine items like tires and brakes. Model has been updated but this model is great for smaller folks.

My Kia

I love my little Optima... gas mileage is great and though it is small it is very roomy....
