I wish the power driver's seat was designed better.

I love my Tucson. This is the 2nd one I have owned. I had a 2017 Tucson, and I loved it, so I got another one. The only problem I have is the power driver seat. It is not comfortable, and I can't get the power seat to find the "sweet spot". Having a bad back, this is very important to me. I was very disappointed. I didn't have this problem with the 2017 Tucson I had. What did you do to the power seat?

An SUV comparable to it's many competitors

Range is a big weakness. I can only go 350 miles of highway driving on a tank of gas. EVs can do that.

Sonata sel 2024

Im a truck driver and I’m genuinely impressed with the comfort and spaciousness of the driver’s seat in this car. As someone on the heavier side, I often find long drives uncomfortable—but not in this vehicle. The seat was wide, supportive, and incredibly well-cushioned, making it a perfect fit even for extended periods behind the wheel. I drove for an entire day without feeling cramped or fatigued. The ergonomics are spot on, and the seat adjustments allowed me to find my ideal driving position easily. Truly one of the most comfortable cars I’ve experienced for long-distance driving! Unfortunately someone hit my car and i will buy a new sonata again

Excellent vehicle, but has some design issues

We love our Tucson Limited 2025. But there are a few issues: - Back right/left signal is too low for drivers behind us to see it. They all expect it to be higher with the other lights above it - Very inconvenient to have the car automatically turn off at any stop. Each time we use the vehicle, we need to press on the button to disable that. In most cases, we forget to do so. It should be the other way around. It stays on. If someone wants it to turn off whenever they stop, they can press that button or have some adjustment in the setup to do so. I would have given it 5 stars if it didn't have this annoying 'feature'. - For some reason, the it was designed to only allow opening/closing the garage door when the vehicle is on. None of the cars that I owned before (including Hyundai Santa Fe and Veloster) required that. In other cars, I could open or close the garage door when the car is turned off which is much more convenient and doesn't pose any safety risk. - Acceleration hesitation

2025 is fine, but has issues.

We had a great experience with our 2022 Hyundai Tucson so with the 2025, the bar was set high. At the time of this survey, we've the car for about 2 months. So far, the 2025 has a couple of safety related issues (noted in the "Cons" section below). Therefore, the "Overall Rating" lost a star from an excellent rating and in lieu of not having a safety category in this survey, is the reason for lower star ratings in "Build Quality, Features, Reliability, and Likeliness to recommend this vehicle to a friend or other. Regarding the pros, comfort and appointments seem better than the 2022. The instrument cluster and display are easier to read and use. We feel the greatest improvement in the 2025 vehicle is engine performance. Pickup is snappier, handling in general is better and fuel economy also surpasses the 2022 version. Plus, our experience with the dealer has been amazing...again. Regardless of the cons, we like the vehicle very much and are generally quite satisfied with it.

Slow, works when it chooses to work.

Sometimes electronics work, sometimes they don't. The very first day I purchased the Tucson the "Haptic Warning System" light turned on. I wish I hadn't purchased this vehicle and went ahead with purchasing the Lexus.

Almost terrific..

Wipers and washer fluid spray comes out weird and is mostly ineffective to anything other than rain.. bugs, not so great.. The clock on the display is in a far right corner. Should be either directly in front of the steering wheel or on the upper left side of the display. Since the software update, my vehicle randomly sounds it horn. That didn’t happen before the update. You should be able to easily turn off and permanently keep off the auto on/off when coming to a full stop. I shouldn’t have to go in the internet to research how to keep it off. The auto-lock function is in a spot that for whatever reason I keep bumping.. super annoying..it should be a little further away from everyday use. My tires are already cupping.. I have less than 11000 miles on it.. this shouldn’t happen.

Like the vehicle but screen is hard to read too much reflection on screen. Steering wheel controls should be reversed. Radio control on left side. Air vents should be wider for more flow. Air condition should not go off when vehicle shutoff automatically when it comes to a stop. Too many nooks and crannies inside and out of vehicle, time consuming when having to detail vehicle.
