Car good but cust service not so.
So far the car drives great, but I still have yet to get mechanical keys to open the door if the power ran out/battery died (didn't receive them at time of sale). I have had multiple calls to the sales team without response, and though they say they'll call back, they don't. I wrote a letter online to Hyundai USA to share my experience and they literally said in the same email response that customer satisfaction is very important to them, and that they can't help me. Still no keys received. Vehicle still too new to know how it'll hold up. I got a hybrid and apparently the electric motor doesn't work much in cold weather (news to me!). If anyone from Hyundai actually reads this and wants to contact me, you can probably look me up by the license plate number in the picture. I'm not holding my breath.
