Unsurpassed styling and quality for the price.

Other than a few quirks, which I will address under 'CONS' below, this vehicle is fun to drive and loaded with features (some of which I have yet to discover, I'm sure).

You get more than you pay for

The Tucson hybrid was purchased for my wife's car but I drive it as much as she does. It runs and rides well and it has a lot of "gadgets" that are both helpful and fun.

Has lots of features that only luxury vehicles have...

The Tucson hybrid Limited has lots of features that only luxury vehicles have like cameras everywhere (including 360 views) and heated/vented seats. Very well thought out dash and infotainment screens. LOTS of storage and places to put your items down on. Even a space big enough for a woman's purse...finally!

2025 Tucson Limited Hybrid Review

The DAW can be a bit annoying. I'm nearing 75 years of age and grew up learning to frequently check all 3 rearview mirrors. Plus, I have squinty eyes. I wish there was a setting to lengthen the time (sensitivity) of the DAW.

Lemon Law!!!

Our Tucson has been at the dealership’s repair shop longer than we’ve had it! The cluster display and infotainment system goes black while driving. And when it was on, which wasn’t often, all the dummy lights are on. This car is unsafe and doesn’t support any confidence in the brand! We’ve been extremely upset with our purchase!!!

Best car I have ever owned.

Vehicle has performed better than advertised. Well built, no problems. Best bang for the buck, as are ALL Hyundai vehicles. Feature packages on comparable vehicles cost $$$ more.

Great, value with everything this vehicle comes with, Limited model is LOADED! Puts some luxury SUV’s to shame. Fun to drive, super comfortable and great gas mileage.

We love the size and comfort of the vehicle.

We are taking longer than expected to become familiar with all of the features of the vehicle. This is no doubt due to our age. However we enjoy the ride and comfort of the car and are slowly adapting to the features. We are particularly impressed with the on road performance of the car - accelerating and driving are smooth and quiet. Parking and backing out of a parking spot are so much easier and safet with all of the camera angles!

2025 Tucson: mostly good

2025 Tucson Hybrid drives well, like performance for this class, smooth and quiet too. Tech is solid and provides more bang for buck than others. Only downside so far is it seems like Hyundai is putting cheaper components into the exterior. Even steel panels seem weaker, as we have dents from parking lots, while older model Hyundai Tucson (2018) and Sonatas (2012) in our family don't show any dents and dings from parking lots.

A quiet , solid vehicle with horrible driver interface and ergonomics

Good: Solidly built, quiet, with an upscale interior. Drives well, with strong acceleration for passing and merging. Bad: very frustrating and angering "driver assistance and "safety" features. Worst is the driver facing camera that decides every 7-10 minutes that driver isn't capable, so interrupts music with dinging and message to take a coffee break. Always, on every drive, sometimes 10 minutes after getting into the car. That same camera shuts off the speed control if driver pulls up close to the steering wheel to stretch lower back or steers with opposite hand at 10 or 2 o'clock. That is the worst. There is an option to shut that camera off, but neither owner nor dealer can get it to shut off. Dealer says lots of 2025 owners complaining about that. Next most irritating control is the hi beam stalk that won't turn high beams on unless pushed twice. Usually at dusk; sometimes in dark it does turn on with one stroke. Next most irritating is the row of controls placed on the front edge of the center console. Brush your phone charging cord across those controls, or rest your forearm there and you will find that you just changed from Eco driving setting to "snow" setting and turned on 4-wheel lockup. Or you turned on the hill hold feature. Others: You'll enjoy the times when you are adjusting your AC when you get in on a 100° day, and your fingertip brushes the heated seat control beside the AC temp knob. You'll know what you did about 10 minutes later when the seat gets hot, as the heated seat "on" light isn't visible in midday sun. And you'll curse until you learn that this SUV ("utility vehicle ") can't be backed up with the rear tailgate open. Bad summary: dealer says that Hyundai may issue a software update to allow disabling of the face monitoring camera, as lots of 2025 customers are complaining. If they don't, this vehicle will be traded for another brand. I will not constantly be told by a machine that I'm not driving properly.

Well engineered vehicle - poor design, unnecessary alerts

I believe that the 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid is a very finely engineered vehicle. I have owned three previous Hyundais and especially enjoyed my 2014 Sonata Hybrid Limited. However, this Tucson has been well engineered for use by morons. I find many of your electronic driver assists and safety alerts both annoying and in several cases, dangerous. This will be my last Hyundai. To think that I paid extra for the features that I find dangerous is upsetting to me. Passive alerts are o.k.., active alerts and safety warnings are dangerous e.g. the driver alert when using the cruise control with lane assist turns down the radio and also shuts off the cruise, the lift gate "open" warning that then locks the wheels is ludicrous- unable to leave the lift gate tied down while carrying a board or bush limits my use of the vehicle. I have never gotten the cell phone recharge platform to work even though I just bought a new phone that is Qi compatible. I have never been able to find the buttons described in the owner's manual in order to program the garage door opener.
