I want my computer reprogrammed to stop doing stupid things.

Hyundai needs new computer programmers. Stupid things: 1. When the cruise control is enabled, and the driver takes his foot off the gas pedal, it slows down 3 mph, then suddenly accelerates to the specified speed. 2. When going up hill, the engine is used to charge the hybrid battery, so that by the time one reaches the top of the hill, the battery is almost fully charged. Since it cannot use regenerative braking going down hill, the engine is run to do engine braking! How stupid can it be? 3. When the adaptive cruise control is tracking the car in front of the Hyundai, and the driver turns on the left signal to go around the leading car, suddenly the car rapidly accelerates even if the sensors detect that there is a car in the left lane that the Hyundai driver is waiting to pass before moving toward the left. It causes panic and a hitting of the brakes to avoid hitting either of the two vehicles! This is a big safety issue! I can't remember the other things, but those 3 are the worst. Exceeded expectations

I researched many different vehicles before deciding on the Tucson and have been very pleased with my decision. The car drives well, is comfortable, and gets good gas mileage. It is roomy and spacious. I will recall one to anyone in the market for a car in this class.

Great Car and great Value

The car handles very well, is nicely appointed, with an exceptional number of tech/safety features. Still learning about new ones after 4 months. The fingerprint i.d. is a little iffy but overall everything seems to be well-placed and easy to use.

2025 Tucson Hybrid Limited Review

Very happy with car so far! It is still new, only a few bugs that have yet to be addressed. It is very quiet and comfortable on the road without much road or wind noise, which allows the Bose audio system (and conversation) to be better appreciated. Acceleration is very good, handling is fine with not much torque steer. MPG could be better, but at least it appears to be going to engine performance. The cabin is easy to get in and out of. The controls, including panoramic touch screen, are a good design; I appreciate that it doesn't look like an ipad plopped on the dashboard. Minor criticisms include cup holders too small, and there are no back seat cup holders unless the folding armrest is down (3 people are out of luck!). The android app won't support my Samsung phone (that should cover more phones!) The dealer told me, after the sale, that a spare tire is not available for my hybrid limited trim (I travel a lot, so this is a safety issue!) Driving in stron rain causes the collision systems to sop working. The most annoying design criticism is the lack of power sideview mirrors. A top-of-the-line Tucson should have this, so expected that I did not realize it was missing until delivery. It is available in other countries besides USA, so this was a truly a very bad design decision!

So far all has been an excellent experience with my vehicle; I had a couple of systems faults/failures; which quickly reset themselves while I was driving. Overall; 100% satisfied with my vehicle.

Car stinks

I have been waiting for the heads up driving parts for several weeks and I can’t drive without a dashboard being visible. Part is on backorder and car is not usable. I will go elsewhere when my wife meets a new Car next month.

I’m ver with this vehicle, great experience with everything Hyundai.

So far, I’m very impressed and happy with my new purchase. I’m still trying to learn how to use some of the features, even after reading the manual and watching YouTube videos, I still don’t understand a few of the features. I’ll have to go to the Hyundai dealership and ask them to explain things to me. Also, a couple of things are annoying so far. The app always sends me an alert that the doors are unlocked, but it should know that it’s in my garage/home location and not do that. I’m having trouble with the cruise control working when I’m wearing sunglasses during the day.

2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited

I've had my new 2025 Tucson Hybrid Limited for a few months and so far, I love it. I do, however, have a few minor complaints, all of which I have also heard from numerous other Tucson owners. First, you should be able to set a default for the drive mode. I want to use "My Drive Mode", but that means that every time I drive the car, I need to reset the drive mode. The same is true for using the "Auto" regenerative breaking. My final issue is with the Home Screen of the infotainment display, where the Navigation map is so dark that it is useless. In order to actually see the map, you need to go to the full-screen navigation map. The map should default to the same light display when you're on the home screen.
