Love my vehicle. Only issue I have is where the “Mode” button is on the console. Sometimes I hit it by accident with my arm or purse.

A Warranty is Worthless if You Can’t Get an Appointment

My car is undriveable because the gauge display goes black while I’m driving. The dealership “fixed” it once after I was given the runaround, but the problem came back and now they say I can’t get an appointment to fix it for weeks or months.

Nice Vehicle

We love our new 2025 Tucson Limited Hev but we did have a problem with the instrument gauge cluster and HUD display going blank after only driving it for 200 miles. Lakewood Hyundai acknowledged that it was a warranty problem and offered us a loaner vehicle while the vehicle was being repaired. They replaced a problematic coax cable with a new tighter fitting cable. The Tucson is loaded with so many features and new technology that we love. One feature we wished it had, that our 2023 Honda Accord Touring had, is the ‘walk away’ automatic door lock feature. I find it annoying having to remember to stop and either use the key FOB or touch the door handle to lock the vehicle before proceeding. I love the ambient lighting in the Tucson, the Bose audio system is awesome, the little detail that shows on the dashboard what function the wipers are on when you move the lever is something I would not expect to see except on a very high level and expensive vehicle. The driver memory function that includes the driver seat position as well as the outside side view mirrors is a nice feature. I think the tray on the dashboard on the passenger side doesn’t not enhance the look or function of the dash. I would much prefer seeing a storage door compartment similar to the Santa Fe or have the tray replaced with a normal looking dashboard like how Kia treated this area on the Tucson’s sister vehicle Sportage. I think the tray section on the dashboard cheapens the look of the vehicle. I also do not think it’s wise to have loose items laid on the tray in case of an accident that could throw those items around the passenger compartment causing injury. Just my opinion.

Great Fuel Economy and Easy to Drive

This is one of the easiest cars to drive. Comfortable seating, good navigation, few blind spots, good acceleration, good steering and convenient controls. The cargo space is excellent as well (car dimensions). The couple of drawbacks, which seem very correctable, are: 1) No spare tire of any kind (this has been a problem already), 2) The turn radius could be better - it's surprisingly difficult to turn into a tight parking spot, and 3) Cup holders in the back seat that are too small to hold refillable water bottles (My daughters caught this oversight on Day 1). Overall, though, just a pleasure to drive everyday.

Nice car

I really like the car, although I don't like that it doesn't remember changes, or driving assist. You have to do it each time. Also, no garage door opener link on mid range model.

I’m disappointed

The dashboard keeps crashing-can’t tell how fast I’m going-alerts keep going off intermittently and I’m told there is a pending recall but nothing I can do but wait at this time

Nice but annoying

The vehicle is very nice, but the camera that watches your eyes I'd the most annoying feature I have ever experienced in my lifetime of driving. You can't turn it off, it shuts off your cruise control. Can't wear sunglasses or it thinks you aren't looking at the road. Can't check your mirrors too much or it thinks you aren't looking

My wife can’t use cruise control because the car doesn’t see her. Very frustrating and annoying. Changing drivers can be very hard. The car doesn’t recognize each fob and will change seats prematurely.
