Not totally satisfied

During purchasing process noticed some some hair line scratches on vehicle. Management promised to buff or repaint to remove scratches. Dropped off vehicle and a month later at pickup the scratches are still there. No resolution. Very disappointed

Overall good value car.

I'm pretty happy with the car. It runs well. The warranty has covered some issues like the lift gate malfunctioning. My only negative is that some of the automatic driving features like braking in case of a potential collision seem to be causing some issues. There are some situations where there isn't a problem, and in fact I want to add gas and move forward and the brake engages on me and can't be overridden. It has begun to worry me as a safety concern rather than a feature. This only happened recently, so perhaps it is related to a dirty sensor. Haven't had the opportunity to figure it out yet. Otherwise, it has been a great vehicle so far. The reported delay in acceleration does exist a little bit, but it is very small you learn to anticipate and manage it so it really isn't a problem. It's not much different than other cars that have to switch gears when gas is suddenly applied. Other minor gripes... sometimes I inadvertently activate the seat warmers when I put something in the lower compartment. It works and you figure it out quickly.

I'm ready to trade it in, after only 1 year

I'm truly unhappy with this vehicle. It drives well. But I have never felt so unsafe--lots of alarms go off, signifying nothing or not explained (try to use the manual? or constantly try youtube?) Electronics are inconsistent. Huge screen is nonetheless hard to read while driving-esp in fast traffic. Did Hyundai do any testing on real roads and city streets? Try to parallel park in say, NYC? Avoid a deer (or person) on a country road? I don't think so. Buy this car if you live in the burbs.

It is everything I need in an Automobile.

I have had multiple Hyundai cars and this one has many features not on previous ones. Quality with AI features make driving a pleasure The mileage is great too

The big promotion on these hybrids is the MPG which is claimed to be 35 hwy & city. This one struggles to get out of the the 20s.

Greatest overall value for the money

My Hyundai Tucson Hybrid has all of the features I wanted. The cabin is spacious. Layout of controls is excellent. The seats are really comfortable (love those heated seats). The stereo sounds great. I like the style of the exterior as well. It has beautiful lines.

I love this vehicle ,it has everything I want and more ( except for a spare tire,that would be nice, I would have paid extra for that) It's a good size and goes through snow and ice easily.

Great Tech - Great Looks!

If you are looking for Great Tech, then look no farther! I have had my Tucson Limited Hybrid for a little over a year now and am still thrilled with it! I was a little concerned with the shifter on the stering wheel, but got use to it very quickly and love the extra space in the console. Living in the Laurel Highlands of PA, we get a "bunch" of snow. My Tucson is wonderful in the snow! Do your research and take a test drive - you will see what I am talking about! I would like to see better gas mileage, but then I always want that.
