Bluelink and software issues for 7 months with no resolution.

Love the vehicle. Hate the Bluelink support. I've had the vehicle to dealers 2 times and no resolution of non-functional bluelink. Now the system is stuck after an OTA update for some driver monitoring system. Stuck on "ready to install update".

Very Satisfied

Have had a great ownership experience with the Santa Fe and can recommend the vehicle to others.I especially like the squared off design of the body which affords ease of entry and exit, and offers ample space inside.The economy meets expectations as does the engine power. The operation of the hybrid system is seamless, operating better than expected.

Love the vehicle.

Awesome vehicle. Great job on the styling, the fuel economy, and the technology. However, it should have come with a spare tire. That's my only complaint I have with the vehicle.

Two hiccups but it’s a nicely designed vehicle

We have had two electrical problems in the first 3,100 miles. Both times the car started but would not go into gear, nor would it turn off unless we disconnected the truck battery. Towed twice and repaired. Service department has been wonderful. Driving the Santa Fe Hybrid and enjoying its features has been a pleasure. Hoping there will be no more electrical issues.

Overall I am very pleased but there has been one problem: Sometimes the lift gate opens at night by itself. This is a big problem because I park on the street so there is a risk of theft or vandalism. Can you help with this?

Initial issues

When first got my 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid, I had issues with the battery. Battery replaced and no further issues. Drives well and the safety features on the Calligraphy are great. Highway milage is significantly less than advertised. City driving somewhat lower. I'm not an aggressive driver and use cruise control more often than not.

A good investment

Overall a very good purchase. Wind noise on the highway is ridiculous. Literally can't talk. Mileage is terrific. The lack of ANY KIND of spare tire keeps me from traveling more. I rent a car.

I enjoy my Sante Fe but have been having a reoccurring issue with left side display. I have had it in for repair service once but it appears I will need to do so again. Otherwise, it has lived up to my expectations

Horrible inconsistent sound from steering panel

It's so hard to enjoy this car because there's a very strange squeaking sound coming from the steering panel. It's random, I'm not sure what makes it start. It doesn't do it over bumps, during breaking, etc. It's completely random and VERY annoying. Even my passengers can hear it. It's sad because I've had three Santa Fes and this one I'm just so unhappy with. Plus, it's exterior is just awful looking. Interior is beautiful, the ride is nice, the third row is a huge bonus. But that squeak is a deal breaker for me!
