Good SUV Bad Dealer

In the 52 years I have been buying cars, I have never run into a service department as bad as Grayson Hyundai. The service writers are poorly trained and I was lied to numerous times about what had or had not been done to the car. 1st, let me say the sales department was a pleasure to deal with, but the service was a nightmare! 1st I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get a loaner car and think god I did. Dropped the car off with a list of things to be done. I wanted the oil changed, and check the rear tires on the car, balanced, because the back of the car was bouncing. The big issue I had with the car is a safety issue. The car's Lane Follow Assist (LFA) "will not" keep the car in the center of the road. On left-hand sweeping bends, the car’s right wheels will drive over the speed bumps on the right side of the road or intrude into the lane to the right of the car. I dropped the car off, and every day I checked the camera on the car to see if it had moved, after 7 days the car had not moved an inch.

It’s a great mid range SUV

Overall I am really happy with my Palisade. Although it’s one level down from the top version, it still gives off higher end vibes.

2025 Palisade-G has alot LESS Driver Seat Comfort compared to the 2021

(1) We had a 2021 Palisade-G and traded for 2025 Palisage-G. You changed the seat/head rest making it hard for people 5'4" or less will have their head forced forward causing neck and back pain. Wife has this new vehicle 60 days and we compared 2025 headrest to 2021 headrest (the 2025 are made out of alignment and nothing for swivel adjustment). We compaired to other 2025 same exact models, you have the same issue with the head rests. ****Moving the seat up/down/forward does not help as the sales and service manage witnessed and tried themselves. (2) You only made the headrest adjustable up and down. Based on how you built the headrest, you should have put a tilt in the headrest instead of sales/service telling customer to adjust the seat, which does not allow for headrest adjustment. (3) We are NOT sure; but you made the back of the driver seat available to adjust up and down (not the Butt portion of the seat), it is possible the may take care of the head rest issue by raising ONLY the Back, the headrest would raise possibly make drivers more comfortable. (4) For shorter people, you did NOT need to raise the media display causing shorter drivers from comfortably looking over their hood. (5) It is NOT as Fun for my wife to drive her new vehicle as the old one. (6) Feature, Styling and Build Quality (see note below) you did not need to raise the driver media screen. (7) Value and Styling (see note below) because the seat and media screen allow discomfort for the drivers, we do not see the value as we did for the 2021. (8) We would give 10 for Interior Styling; but because the HeadRest for the Driver and Driver Media Screen; the comfort has been lost for ALL Drivers. (9) The first 2021 Palisade-G I purchase for my wife anivesary. I traded 2021 for a new 2025 Palisade for our aniverary hoping to keep it for at least 7 to 10 years. Looks Like I am stuck, and my wife continues to be unfortable sitting in the vehicle. (10) Recommending this brand to others was easily done when we had the 2021; but the 2025 we cannot recommend unless it is to a person that is 5'5" or taller. ***Very Disappointing

Great safety features

I feel very confident driving the Palisade because if it's safety features. It has a beautiful exterior and interior. It's great on gas mileage.

Only issues since the day I brought it home. Been in the shop multiple times with no resolve. They didn’t care.

Overall pleased

I'm overall happy with the Palisade, but three of the four headlights went out at 4000 miles. It's being evaluated tomorrow, and I'm hoping it's not a sign of a bigger issue.

The tech and safety features are overwhelming. The car is constantly doing things , making noises and vibrations that i don't understand and am having trouble discerning in the manual. I am 70 years old and am struggling and somewhat frustrated with the experience. I realize this stuff is for safety but it seems like you are providing them simply because you can.

Driving in Luxury

I love my 2025 Palisade. The cooled front and second row seats have been a life saver in the Las Vegas heat. The car is well appointed. It’s a comfortable ride.
