Good vehicle and nice design for third row needs

It’s good and what we wanted but seems like quality is much poorer than expected. Bought new and already have been using a rental for 2+ weeks because the right rear door had an air leak that sounded like the window was always down, been taking forever to repair and not confident in the material of Hyundai any more. Additional warranty is poor as a dent on driver door was not covered and cracked windshield from a rock is also not covered. Not happy with this purchase and exploring alternatives already.

Love the car and safety features but paint gonna be an issue

Why would u paints a chrome grill with black paint? Why not black on black. My paint is chipping off and very noticeable. I will be at dealer soon

Second Palisade for us!

Love my Palisade. It is comfortable yet looks like a luxury vehicle. The 2025 is my second Palisade. Why? No other vehicle had all the bells and whistles I like.

6-Months in It's an excellent car

We love all the safety features and the Palisade is the most comfortable car we've owned. Wish the mileage was a bit better, but it's as advertised and we wanted the more powerful engine over fuel economy. Love the heads-up display!

It is my second Palisade

I have two complaints: first I would like to be able to unlock the doors from any door; secondly, I don't like the setup for the cruise control. I find it cumbersome and not user friendly with it automatically turning on the lane control

Palisade is great to drive. Set up screen could be much better

Still have features not working. Went to dealer for 3000 mile maintenance but they didn’t have anyone at that time to help

Smooth Operating Machine

This is the best car I’ve ever owned. It is a great value for the price. The handling is smooth with more than enough power to get you through the day to day driving on the toughest of roads. The combination of elegance and luxury are unmatched for a car in this price range. The three year warranty as well as the 100,000 powertrain warranty is the best in the automotive industry. Dealership service departments can not fix issues and take weeks to give and appointment for covered repairs

My third and newest Palisade has an issue that the heads up display will not adjust where I can see the top of the line when driving. The dealership, after a four weeks wait to get an appointment, said they could not find the problem. On one trip, the heads up display slowly moved around on the windshield and the dealership claims they checked with Hyundai corporate and they have never heard of this problem. I have read several complains, on line about this exact problem. Also, is has been complained about the top of the line Palisades produce a thumping noise in the rear of the vehicle. My 2023 model did that and struts and shocks were replaced. I did not know when I bought this unit that the issue was known by Hyundai and no fix is available. I would not have bought this, my third one, if I had known.

Overall good vehicle

This is my third Palisade. this one and the last one has a "thumping" noise coming from the rear. The 2023 model had both strutts and shocks replaced on the back. I was told this was an unusual situation. I have since done research and found out the this is not uncommon with the Palisade's with load leveling capacity. I hope Hyundai finally issues a recall that will fix this annoying sound. Maybe they will find a remedy and stand behind the repair.
