Nice car with some surprising shortcomings.
Mechanically and aesthetically it's mostly good. Rides and handles well for an SUV. Interior accommodations are surprisingly limited and occasionally awkward for a top trim level car. Front seat storage is very limited and poorly designed. Two usable cup holders (the one's in the door panels are useless.) Phone charger is very awkward and inconvenient. The under-console space is hard to reach and impossible to see. The armrest storage is small and inconvenient. Front passenger seat should slide back further than it does, although the electrical controls for that seat are a nice feature. Turn signal and light control stalk is invisible behind the steering wheel and should be softly lit for nighttime access. Infotainment is all ok, but seems unnecessarily complicated. Annoying that the on-board wi-fi has to be reactivated every time you start the car. Side mirrors can only be folded in manually. Tailgate close button should be on the door jam not the bottom of the door.
Heads-up display is a welcome feature. Sound system is good. Heating and cooling are good. Seat temp controls are great. Wheel temp control should be graduated instead of HOT or off. Rear spoiler needs to be redesigned to shed the road crud that gathers at the top of the rear window and the camera. While you're at it, add another spray nozzle for that rear wiper because there is always so much crud there. It was our choice at the price point, after careful shopping, but we're uncertain if we'd buy it again.
