I love all the improvements on my 2025 Kona! It drives so much better and rides much better. Has more room. I love that the custom mats came with it. Seats are more comfortable . Love the wheels are so much easier to clean.

Everything I need. A few things I'd want

I love my Kona. It's fun to drive. It's easy to get in and out of. It's comfortable and roomy. It does have a slower pick up and could use more power. When on cruise control, it loses power and slows down considerably on even a small incline. The seat fabric is rough feeling doesn't look like the best quality. Wish I had heated seats. And I wish the display was totally programmable. I.E. having the compass available to be displayed over the steering wheel

2025 Kona meets our reality

After an accident we chose to get a 2025 Kona instead of a Tucson - time for us to go one size down. We find the vehicle excellent for get around town - small scale transport and normal family outings. Things you have to get used too - no shift in the floorboard - it's in the column - awkward and when you order the vehicle or have bought a Hyundai before remember the features you like best - like power rear lift. To save money the company doesn't offer some standard features you expect - so make sure the package you get has everything you want.

I haven't gotten the title , it was sent to DMV

I like the car, I'm sorry I didn't leave the dealership after spending 3 hours haggling over the price. I feel I definitely overpaid for the vehicle so in essence I am paying for the 3 years of service and for the 5 years of towing and then some. It was by means a good purchase in that sense.

KONA AFTER A FEW MONTHS...

More positives than negatives overall, but it's funny how the little things make the biggest impact. The seat back is very stiff. Tried the lumbar thing in a kajillion positions - nope. Took a survey a month or so ago, several questions about windshield noise. Didn't notice it until after that question had been asked. Thought it was leaves stuck in the wipers. No. Not leaves. Some weird whistle-rattle. I got the car sight unseen after sitting in a 2026. I specifically asked about 'butt warming seats' and was assured that of course they would be there. They were such a treat when I first rented a Kona in 2019 and really missed that feature when I tried out a Venue for my next lease. They aren't in this Kona and it's a huge disappointment. Those (admittedly small) issues are the only things keeping me from considering buying this car outright after the lease is up. I don't like the 'rattle' in the windshield - I now feel afraid it's going to shatter. And now that it's gotten colder, this little 'luxury' of having a warm back and bum is not there. It especially ticks me off after it being assured. The car feels roomier than my last Kona lease, not sure if it is, but it feels that way. And, I was very happy to see a real shifter versus that weird button thing in the 2026.

Safest Vehicle

Extremely pleased with all the safety features included with this Kona. The back seat area is more comfortable and roomier than I would have thought. Enjoy the extras of fold down arm rest with drink holders, and separate air vents. The back area has plenty of room for luggage, etc.
