service team, Ramona and Bogdan. Didn't end up buying it but their friendly attitude and careful attention to the customer's needs got stuck in my mind.

I brought a recently purchased 2015 BMW 535i in for a multi-point vehicle inspection. They got me in & out the same day and shared with me potential issues to keep an eye out for that they've observed with my N55 engine. A couple minor items on my inspection report - I was able to easily fix them myself - there was absolutely zero pressure to "get the work" out of me. Without a doubt I will be bringing my car back here for maintenance & service work beyond my capabilities and definitely for repair when the time comes that the big malfunctions happen.
On a side note, I discovered this shop from a story my father-in-law shared. He lives nearby, is on a fixed income, and before he was able to upgrade, he had an old unreliable car. Joseph basically told him "look, I'll keep this car running for you" - and that's exactly what he did, without trying to extract extras. For me, that's the type of moral character in a person that I prefer to associate and do businesses with in this world - whether it be professional or personal.

First of all, Gavin was awesome, his customer service is top notch. However, when I pulled in for se
rvice, the young people checking in the cars checked in two other vehicles that came in after me which was annoying. Then the standing on a number while 5 people are all behind the counter without a customer. Then the young lady checking in the cars brought in another customer and put him on number one, even though there were a few of us already waiting, #2 forgot to move up to the #1 spot. So the check in was not very well organized. I was given an Uber ride home which was nice. However, when I tried to call to get a ride back, they didn't answer the phone so I left a message as instructed. I was not called back so I had to call again, they still didn't pick up the phone so I stayed on the line for the operator. She was great, took my info and sent them an email. I was immediately called after that. Both my uber drivers to and from were great.
