First time at this shop. Was greeted with a big smile, and very friendly service. Went in for an oil
change and they also went above and beyond doing a full service check on the vehicle. Letting me know what to be aware of and mindful of in the future. What to focus on next as far as repairs or maintenance. And all with zero sake pressure. Never felt pushed or obligated to do it then and there which I think is very nice. Highly recommend these guys!

My 1st time service was a few months back was to correct an alignment issue that another auto servic
e did not correct. Prompt service, found the issue and corrected it. On 5/7/24, I took my vehicle in for a major issue, I am pleased with their customer service, call backs on the problem and pricing. It is refreshing to find an auto service that really treats customers fairly with the concerns and issues. I will be returning to Hometown Auto in Liberty, Tx.
